Join us at the State House on session days in May to advocate for fixing the 2011 pension cuts and closing the state employee pay gap (and other key issues!)
We will meet at the benches just past State House security/the metal detector. If you're unable to join us right on time, you can meet us on the third floor of the State House!

MSEA-SEIU Capitol Western Chapter members are
collecting non-perishable food.
All non-perishable items accepted.
Most wanted items include peanut butter, canned
fruit, canned baked beans, and jams and jellies.

Ride & Rally/BBQ

SAVE THE DATE! RIDE AND RALLY TO CLOSE THE PAY GAP!
The Maine DOT riders, a group of MSEA members and motorcycle riders within the Department of Transportation are calling on all motorcycle riders, friends and family to join our BBQ on June 24th at 2pm at the MSEA offices at 5 Community Dr, Augusta, ME.
Join your coworkers and union brothers, sisters and siblings for a Motorcycle rally and barbecue, Saturday June 24th 2:00PM. Join the Maine DOT Riders for the ride or just come for the barbecue. Come together, show our unity and demand the State close the pay gap. This is the perfect opportunity to meet folks from across all departments and have some fun, make some noise, and let the State and their negotiators come to the table and finally agree to a fair contract. Please get the word out and bring your coworkers along.
